Job summary

Sheppard Pratt seeks a Security Manager to develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive security program at the assigned location. You will supervise security personnel, policies, and systems to protect patients, staff, visitors, and property, while aligning with regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, respond to incidents, and lead emergency preparedness and incident response efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 5+ years of security management experience.
• Experience in healthcare security and emergency management.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and relevant regulations.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel between campuses and be on-call.
