Qualifications

• TSA-issued TWIC is required.
• Valid driver's license required per policy.
• Must be 18+ (unarmed) / 21+ (armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and perimeter to identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity; assist with orderly operations.
