Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and healthcare personnel by executing site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Receive, prioritize, document, and dispatch calls for service, alarms, incidents, and requests for assistance to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor communication systems, maintain accurate dispatch logs and incident records, and relay information in a clear and timely manner.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare location and perimeter when assigned. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
