Qualifications

• 1 year experience with staffing & scheduling software (required).
• Associate degree in business, Data Management, or related field preferred.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit nursing schedules in the electronic scheduling system per policy.
• Collaborate with nurse managers to forecast staffing needs.
• Approve/deny schedule requests based on skill mix.
• Publish schedules and monitor vacancy rates; post incentive shifts per policy.
• Manage unplanned vacancies and 24-hour coverage adjustments.
• Maintain timecards and prepare for manager approvals.
• Assist with agency staffing allocations.
