The position requires CNA certification, strong organizational and communication skills, and willingness to work nights and weekends as part of a part-time schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules for healthcare areas.
• Coordinate coverage for open shifts, call-ins, and vacation requests.
• Communicate schedule updates with nursing leadership and staff.
• Monitor attendance, tardiness, and scheduling patterns and escalate concerns.
