Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedules patients for procedures and obtains required documentation.
• Maintains site protocols and up-to-date documentation for compliance.
• Communicates with patients, physicians, and hospital staff via phone, fax, and email.
• Prepares patients for visits and records vital signs in the EHR.
• Creates referrals and checks CPT codes for procedures.
• Inputs physician orders and retrieves reports in the EHR.
• Collaborates with internal departments to ensure timely patient care.
• Manages scheduling details including equipment, resources, and supplies.
