Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication in English required.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience with scheduling in health care is essential.
• Ability to type 50 WPM, 10 key calculator, basic math and data entry skills; computer experience essential.

Responsabilités

• Schedules for staff, maintaining consistency of caregivers and managing overtime.
• Ensures daily phone calls to caregivers confirming scheduled shifts.
• Maintains client demographics and hours of services in the database.
• Maintains 24-hour case consistency and reports to Office Coordinator weekly.
• Answers telephone, takes messages and forwards to appropriate parties.
• Prepares on-call information for on-call Coordinators and updates as needed.
• Assists with payroll processing, insurance verification, patient information documentation, and ordering office supplies.
• Maintains client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Keeps the office safe, neat, and orderly.
• Provides on-call coverage in absence of the on-call Coordinator.
