Moorings Park is seeking a dedicated Benefits Coordinator & Scheduler to join our Naples, FL team. You will verify benefits and eligibility, handle authorizations, and enter information into the EMR while coordinating staff scheduling and ensuring appropriate coverage for personal care and supportive services.

Responsibilities include processing benefit verifications, generating weekly reports, arranging staff schedules, and providing a welcoming reception experience for callers and visitors.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance benefits and authorizations for services.
• Run weekly scheduling reports and coordinate with Office Manager.
• Schedule staff and manage overtime to ensure coverage.
• Enter demographics and schedule staff per physician orders and frequencies.
• Scan documents into the EMR with proper labeling.
• Provide friendly reception and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
