Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare master nursing time schedule for 24-hour coverage for state requirements.
• Replace call-ins and prepare daily hourly census reports.
• Review applications, prescreen interviews, schedule orientation, and maintain associate files.
• Attend nursing meetings and take minutes; assist with selective patient care tasks as needed.
