Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares, posts, and distributes daily schedules; updates changes promptly.
• Manage staffing levels and coordinate with supervisors.
• Review attendance for payroll and manage PTO requests.
• Verify patient and equipment details in scheduling system and with Registration/Admitting.
• Assist with patient data entry and basic front-desk duties as needed.
• Obtain insurance pre-authorizations and pre-certifications.
• Maintain accurate patient records and census reports.
• Ensure proper patient identification per hospital policy.
