Job summary

Baptist Healthcare in North Little Rock is seeking a Scheduler Records Coordinator for PACE North Little Rock. You will schedule participant medical appointments and coordinate outside records to ensure timely care.

Responsibilities include obtaining pre-authorization, recording documentation accurately, and monitoring external platforms to locate and arrange follow-up services for the frail and elderly population. This is a full-time day shift in a dedicated care setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years experience in healthcare preferred.
• One year of experience working with an electronic health record preferred.
• One year office experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite products.
• Experience working with the frail and elderly population preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all participant medical appointments and request necessary outside medical records.
• Obtain pre-authorization for medical appointments and ensure documentation is properly recorded.
• Monitor external platforms to locate, identify, and schedule follow-up care.
