Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas in North Little Rock is seeking a dedicated CNA to supervise PACE participants at the day center and assist them at outside appointments. You will also support the transportation team as needed to ensure smooth operations and participant safety.

The role requires a valid Arkansas CNA license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a clean driving record, with healthcare experience and elderly care background preferred.

• Must maintain a valid Arkansas CNA license.
• Must have a valid Arkansas driver's license and clean driving record.
• Two years experience in healthcare preferred.
• Experience working with the frail and elderly population preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
