Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a Medical Director for its PACE Clinic in North Little Rock. The ideal candidate will oversee delivery of care, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and provide primary medical services.

Qualifications

• Must be a BE/BC Family, Internal Medicine or Geriatric trained physician.
• Experience in leadership and oversight of medical services.
• Ability to interface with medical providers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery of participant care and clinical outcomes.
• Provides primary medical care to program participants.
• Ensures compliance with PACE Federal Regulations.

Skills

Board Eligible/Certified in Family, Internal Medicine or Geriatrics

Experience in quality assessment and performance improvement

Ability to provide primary medical care

Knowledge of PACE Federal Regulations

Education

Medical Degree (MD or DO)
