Job summary

Clark Retirement is seeking a Scheduler to ensure staffing coverage across all shifts, coordinating with nursing leadership and department supervisors. You’ll serve as the main contact for scheduling questions and help resolve conflicts while ensuring accurate timekeeping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in staff scheduling.
• Experience with UKG Scheduling and Microsoft Office.
• Healthcare or senior living setting experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing coverage across all shifts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling questions, requests, and adjustments.
• Work with nursing leadership, department heads, supervisors, and team members to resolve scheduling concerns.
• Adjust schedules to accommodate census changes and departmental needs.
• Post schedules in advance and ensure scheduling practices are fair and compliant.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and overtime hours; report concerns to leadership.
• Ensure accurate documentation of worked hours, overtime, and timekeeping on schedules and timecards.
• Assist with PBJ reporting as needed.
• Provide guidance on scheduling policies and timekeeping systems.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and resident information per HIPAA.
