Responsibilities

• Interview and schedule patients for outpatient services, including preregistration.
• Coordinate patient and physician schedules to maximize satisfaction across the department.
• Create estimates for patient financial responsibility and collect co-insurance, co-payments, and deductibles as indicated.
• Initiate processes to ensure compliance with hospital financial policies and route to appropriate departments for complex cases.
