Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Sales Executive II to drive sales of Apria products and services in the assigned territory. You will work closely with branch staff and a General Manager/Sales Manager to implement strategies that boost sales, satisfaction, and profitability.

You will conduct daily calls to build referrals, develop call plans, and manage CRM data. This role requires a customer-focused, proactive, and collaborative individual with a track record in external sales.

Qualifications

• College degree or previous relevant job experience required.
• 3-5 years of experience in selling "service" or "commodity products" with demonstrated success.
• External sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily sales calls to establish and maintain referrals in the medical community.
• Create and maintain call plans to qualify and grow referrals.
• Enter call plan outcomes into the CRM system.
• Use reports/data to identify referral targets and track progress.
• Collaborate with Market VP to review territory plans and goals.
• Educate referral sources on the use and application of Apria products.
• Partner with branch management and other functions to drive sales growth.
• Perform other duties as required.
