Accounting Search is seeking a Healthcare Sales Specialist to drive enrollment and build community referrals in San Jose and surrounding areas. The role partners with Marketing, Outreach, and Enrollment to engage senior-focused networks and healthcare providers.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in sales/marketing, a marketing or healthcare admin background, and comfort with CRM tools. The position offers a hybrid work model and a comprehensive compensation package including base pay and bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of sales/marketing experience in a relevant setting.
• Experience with community outreach or field marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with healthcare or senior services is beneficial.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a sales and marketing role with at
• least one (1) year in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
• Technology experience which can include Salesforce, Athena, etc.

Compensation-$75,000 plus bonus
