Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a Healthcare Sales Specialist for the San Jose, Sacramento, and Fresno markets. The role drives enrollment by building community relationships, generating referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.

The position offers a hybrid work model with a compensation package that includes base pay and bonus, plus benefits such as health coverage and PTO.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales/marketing experience; healthcare preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or Athena preferred.

Healthcare Sales Specialist-San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno

Our client provides life-extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Through our innovation of care, they serve as both the health plan and the provider, allowing participants to live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations g

• Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to consistently achieve mo.
• Provide education regarding services to community referral sources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a sales and marketing role with at
• least one (1) year in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
• Technology experience which can include Salesforce, Athena, etc.
