Job summary

Sora Resource Group is seeking anHealthcare Sales Specialist for the San Jose–Sacramento–Fresno region. The role focuses on outreach, referrals, and enrollment within a hybrid work model.

You will build relationships in the community, coordinate engagement activities, and drive enrollment in our client’s health care services. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration and relevant sales/marketing experience in healthcare or senior care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• Experience in sales and marketing within healthcare or senior care is desirable.
• Technology experience such as Salesforce or Athena is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners.

Healthcare Sales Specialist-San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno

Our client provides life-extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Through our innovation of care, they serve as both the health plan and the provider, allowing participants to live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.

On the day-to-day, you will:

• Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations g

Job requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a sales and marketing role with at
• least one (1) year in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
• Technology experience which can include Salesforce, Athena, etc.
