Job summary

H. T. PROF Group seeks a Healthcare Sales Specialist to support Outreach and Enrollment across San Jose, Sacramento, and Fresno, building relationships with community leaders, generating referrals, and guiding seniors into our health program.

You have 1+ year in sales/marketing, preferably in healthcare, with experience in community outreach and CRM tools. We offer medical/dental/vision, PTO, and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (marketing or health care admin).
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales/marketing role with healthcare exposure.
• At least 1 year in healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
• Technology experience including Salesforce, Athena, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners.
• Contact senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, and churches.
• Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to consistently achieve goals.
• Provide education regarding services to community referral sources.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.
