Job summary

Ashton North LLC is seeking a Healthcare Sales Specialist to join our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. The role drives enrollment success by building community relationships, generating referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program across San Jose, Sacramento, and Fresno.

We offer medical insurance (including Dental and Vision), 17 days PTO, a comprehensive compensation package with base pay plus bonus, and additional benefits. Position is hybrid.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or healthcare administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year in sales/marketing with healthcare or senior care experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outreach and engagement activities in communities.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners.
• Contact senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, and churches.
• Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to meet targets.

Healthcare Sales Specialist-San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno

Our client provides life-extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Through our innovation of care, they serve as both the health plan and the provider, allowing participants to live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.

On the day-to-day, you will:

• Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities

Job requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a sales and marketing role with at
• least one (1) year in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
• Technology experience which can include Salesforce, Athena, etc.
