Job summary

KLA Industries is seeking a Healthcare Sales Specialist to drive enrollment and community engagement in San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno. The role builds relationships with community partners and guides prospective participants into the program, supporting our care model that serves seniors at home.

The position offers medical insurance, 17 days of PTO, a comprehensive compensation package with base pay and bonus, and additional benefits. Position is hybrid.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or healthcare administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire
• Minimum of one year of experience in a sales and marketing role with at least one year in a healthcare or senior care setting
• Technology experience including Salesforce, Athena, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and initiate outreach activities in communities.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners.
• Contact senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, and churches.
• Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to achieve monthly targets.
• Provide education regarding services to community referral sources.

Healthcare Sales Specialist-San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno

Our client provides life-extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Through our innovation of care, they serve as both the health plan and the provider, allowing participants to live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.

On the day-to-day, you will:
