Job summary

RELX International in Georgia (Athens) is seeking a Sales Contracts Analyst to support contracting for healthcare enterprise solutions. You will collaborate with Sales teams and customers to prepare and execute contracts, acting as SME on contracting and order fulfilment.

The role interacts with Sales Ops and cross-functional teams to ensure contracts follow internal policies and best practices, handling master agreements, PSAs, licenses, amendments, and redlines.

Qualifications

• Experience producing sales proposals and contracts for a large organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM data-entry experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to generate accurate reports from multiple data sources.
• Experience drafting and editing contracts (master agreements, product/service agreements).
• Familiarity with legal processes and documentation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update CRM systems for accurate reporting and invoicing.
• Generate and execute customer contract requirements ensuring policy compliance.
• Draft/edit contracts including master agreements, PSAs, licenses, amendments.
• Support contract negotiations by addressing redlines and securing approvals.
• Manage contract life cycle: review, execute, administer in contract database.
• Provide contract-related support to customers and liaise with stakeholders.
