Job summary

Helia is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own end-to-end product initiatives in a hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ. You’ll drive discovery, define requirements, and collaborate with Engineering to deliver AI-enabled, integrated workflows across healthcare providers and suppliers.

You’ll work closely with health systems, EMR/EHR, and ERP partners to translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable product solutions while measuring impact and iterating post-launch.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management in a SaaS environment with end-to-end ownership of technically complex features.
• Strong product discovery, backlog management, and requirements-writing skills to ship customer-facing solutions.
• Experience working directly with customers on technical discovery, integrations, or implementation requirements.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and system integrations; can read technical docs and data flows.
• Ability to collaborate with Engineering on tradeoffs and drive initiatives forward amid ambiguity.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity and product workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Lead customer research and collaborate with UX to translate insights into intuitive workflows and product requirements.
• Partner with Customer Experience, Sales, and Operations to identify opportunities and contribute to roadmap prioritization.
• Own the product backlog, write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with Engineering on scope and tradeoffs.
• Drive product validation, UAT, launches, and post-launch improvements.
• Lead integration discovery with health systems, suppliers, and partners (EMR/EHR, ERP).
• Map workflows and data flows; translate technical requirements into actionable specs for Engineering.
• Coordinate integration testing, validation, and launch readiness with customers and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI/automation to improve workflows and decision-making.
• Define success metrics and use product data to guide decisions.
