Job Overview

We are hiring a Clinical Application Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of healthcare applications used in clinical environments.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between clinical users and technology systems, ensuring healthcare applications such as EHR/EMR systems, patient portals, and SaaS platforms are properly deployed, configured, and adopted by healthcare teams.

You will work closely with product teams, engineers, support teams, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless application performance and user experience across healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Application Support

• Provide support for healthcare SaaS applications and clinical systems.
• Assist in configuring and deploying EHR/EMR and healthcare software platforms.
• Troubleshoot application issues reported by clinical and administrative users.
• Ensure smooth adoption of healthcare digital tools in clinical environments.

Healthcare System Implementation

• Support onboarding and implementation of healthcare applications for clients.
