MRO Corporation is seeking an Implementation Specialist to drive ROI solution implementations across client sites. You will lead ROI workflows, train field users, and resolve issues to ensure smooth deployments.

You’ll serve as the primary client resource during implementation, build strong relationships, and collaborate with Sales, Compliance, and Operations for handover. Travel up to 75% is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s in Health Information Management (HIM) preferred; RHIA eligible accepted.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, deep work ethic required.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
• Excellent computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail with time management and organization.
• HIT and implementation experience preferred.
• Ability to travel by air or road.

Mansioni

• Manage or support implementations of MRO’s Exchange Manager platform and add-ons at client sites.
• Create and execute ROI workflows and train ROI Specialists on processes and software.
• Resolve operational and technical issues as necessary.
• Serve as primary resource between MRO and client during implementation.
• Develop positive client relationships during ROI transition.
• Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Compliance/Privacy, and Operations for handover.
• Ensure escalation procedures are followed when timelines are adjusted or jeopardized.
• Other duties as assigned by Implementation Managers.
