Job summary

Aspiring as the Director of Risk Management, Aspire Talent Solutions seeks a senior leader to steer risk strategies and ensure regulatory and ethical compliance across the hospital. This role oversees risk identification, mitigation, and incident management with cross-functional collaboration.

The position requires NM RN licensure, at least 5 years nursingExperience including 3 in a director capacity, and readiness to obtain CPHRM within three years.

Qualifications

• Active NM RN license required.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a director/manager role.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management within healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall risk management program with focus on identification, avoidance, and mitigation.
• Collaborate with leadership, providers, and staff to implement risk solutions.
• Manage litigation-related activities including investigations, interviews, and documentation.
• Provide training on risk management processes and incident reporting to hospital personnel.
• Advise on informed consent, documentation standards, and disclosure practices.
• Oversee insurance policies related to professional and general liability, and property claims.
• Serve as Compliance and Ethics Officer for the facility.
