Ashton North LLC is seeking a Director of Risk Management to lead the hospital's risk program, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold ethical standards across the organization.

This senior role requires nursing leadership, NM RN licensure, and 5+ years in nursing with at least 3 years in a director capacity; CPHRM is a plus and should be obtained within 3 years.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• NM RN license required.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with at least 3 years in a director or manager role.
• CPHRM certification preferred; required within three years of employment.
