This dual role emphasizes coordinating projects and performing business analysis to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in PM and BA, experience in healthcare or risk adjustment, and proficiency with data analytics, reporting, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of combined experience in Project Management and Business Analysis, preferably within the healthcare or risk adjustment services domain.
• Proven experience managing projects involving cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Engineering, Product).
• Experience with creating performance and operational analytics reporting using tools like Power BI or similar packages.
• Basic understanding of healthcare system integration and interfacing via HL7, API, and other secure data transfer mechanisms.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Zoho Project, MS Project, Asana, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Lead project lifecycle from plan to execution for risk-adjustment implementations.
• Create detailed plans, timelines, and resource allocations with status reporting.
• Monitor risks, implement corrective actions, and ensure quality and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with Data Analytics, Operations, Software Engineering, and client teams.
• Support the Program Manager with coordination and integration activities.
• Develop and maintain PMO reporting dashboards and performance metrics.
