FedEx is seeking a senior healthcare RFP governance and proposal development leader to set standards, oversee high-value bids across regions, and drive performance improvement in win rates, cycle time and scalability.

You will coach deal coordinators, manage multi-region RFQs/RFPs, align with Sales on pipeline readiness, and apply PMP/Six Sigma methods to optimize processes. This hybrid Memphis-based role requires on-site presence several times weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years in marketing or proposal development.
• 5+ years in freight forwarding, air cargo, or 3PL bid/tender management.
• Hands-on RFQ/RFP/tender processes and clear senior-stakeholder communication.

Responsabilités

• Set standards for healthcare RFP governance, execution, and performance measurement.
• Oversee high-value bids across regions and operating companies.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and risks on concurrent RFQs/RFPs.
• Maintain standardized templates, archetypes, databases and risk logs.
• Partner with Sales on pipeline readiness and MSAs/Quality Agreements.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive process improvements.
• Provide leadership updates to senior stakeholders.
• Coach Deal Coordinators to build bench strength.
