Rhythm Healthcare LLC in Corona, CA is seeking a Reverse Logistics Associate to manage returns, disposal, and inventory for medical supplies. You will coordinate returns from facilities, verify requests, and document compliance with FDA/HIPAA and internal policies.

The role supports sustainability and cost savings through process improvements and accurate record-keeping. Responsibilities include coordinating with warehouse operations, maintaining records, and driving efficient reverse logistics

Formación

• HS diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years reverse logistics or inventory control experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with medical devices, equipment, or healthcare products preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations including FDA/HIPAA is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handles the return process for medical aids and healthcare supplies from facilities, hospitals, distributors, and customers.
• Verifies return requests for compliance with policies and regulatory requirements (FDA/HIPAA).
• Assesses returned products for defects or quality issues and documents findings.
• Processes returns for restocking, refurbishment, or disposal based on condition and compliance.
• Tracks and manages inventory of returned goods with ERP/inventory systems.
• Coordinates with warehouse/supply chain for storage, handling, and movement of returns.
• Organizes disposal or refurbishment for non-restockable items.
• Ensures returns comply with company policies and regulations.
• Maintains detailed records for auditing and reporting.
• Prepares documentation for returns including RMA forms and shipping manifests.
• Handles customer inquiries about reverse logistics with timely resolutions.
• Provides feedback on defects/quality trends to QA/Product teams.
• Prepares reports on return trends and inventory levels.
• Identifies patterns in returns to suggest product/packaging improvements.
• Assists in improving reverse logistics processes to reduce turnaround times and costs.
• Seeks cost-saving opportunities in return processes.
• Ensures environmentally responsible disposal of returned products.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
