Rhythm Healthcare is seeking a Reverse Logistics Associate in Corona, CA to manage the return, replacement, and disposal of medical aids and healthcare supplies. You will ensure compliance with FDA/HIPAA and other regulations, while maintaining accurate records and supporting sustainability efforts.

Responsibilities include handling returns from facilities and customers, coordinating movement with warehouse teams, and documenting disposition decisions.

• Experience with inventory management software and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Handle all aspects of the return process for medical aids and healthcare supplies.
• Verify return requests for compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assess returned products for defects or damage and document findings.
• Process returns for restocking, refurbishment, or disposal.
• Track and manage the inventory of returned items in ERP systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams for proper handling and movement.
