Riveron is seeking an experienced healthcare revenue cycle leader to grow and deliver our Revenue Cycle Management capabilities within Healthcare & Life Sciences. This role targets an RCM leader with consulting experience and proven ability to lead complex transformations across health systems, hospitals, and ambulatory platforms.

You will work with healthcare executives to drive cash acceleration, improve revenue realization, protect margin, and sustain performance improvements.

Competenze

• Significant progressive experience across healthcare revenue cycle and financial operations.

Mansioni

• Lead complex RCM engagements from diagnostic assessment through implementation and sustained performance improvement.
• Assess revenue cycle environments, identify performance gaps, quantify financial opportunities, establish priorities, and translate findings into executable initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Drive transformation across the full revenue cycle, including patient access and authorization, coding, charge capture, claims, payment, AR, denials, reimbursement, and patient financial services.
• Develop and mentor team members while contributing to recruiting, knowledge development, thought leadership, and growth of Riverons Healthcare & Life Sciences capabilities.
