Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Communications, HR or related field.
• One year of writing, editing and content development for professional audiences.
• One year of training, revenue cycle and/or project management experience.
• One year of experience delivering virtual training (Microsoft Teams) and instructor-led training.

Responsibilities

• Provide Cerner Millennium and Experian training including workflow training for designated areas.
• Create learning resources (job aids, guides, workshops, e-learning) to address knowledge gaps.
• Liaise with departments to ensure standardized workflows and aligned training materials.
• Partner with leaders to train and support Super Users and validate new workflows.
• Deliver coaching and performance improvement strategies to staff.
• Assess training needs, gap analysis, and coordinate delivery methods and scheduling.
• Manage course logistics, enrollments, completions, evaluations, and LMS grading.
• Monitor trends to inform curriculum updates and program improvement.
• Develop multimedia content and maintain learning content libraries.
