Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare, Management, or Information Technology or related field.
• Two years of related revenue cycle experience or one year consulting in systems or training for data analytics.
• Preferred: Working knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10.
• Preferred: hospital financial services or patient service experience.

Responsibilities

• Review, education, maintenance, reporting and improvement of Revenue Cycle processes.
• Monitor Revenue Cycle systems and develop reports and data sets.
• Identify root causes and recommend improvements to improve accuracy and timeliness of billing.
