Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is recruiting for a Revenue Cycle & Financial Systems Manager for an esteemed Forbes top 100 hospital in east central Ohio. The role is hybrid (onsite 50%), requiring strong PM and IT experience within healthcare revenue cycle and enterprise systems.

You will lead system selection, implementation, and ongoing support, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring high-quality deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years project management experience.
• Five years of information systems experience with healthcare revenue cycle, financial and operational systems.
• Strong personnel and project management experience.
• Experience with system selection, acquisition, and implementation projects.
• Experience with process re-design/re-engineering methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manages and participates in revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects across the full lifecycle.
• Supervises daily operations of registration, scheduling, HIM, document imaging, billing teams.
• Plans staff schedules, monitors performance, and educates staff.
• Manages day-to-day team activities and prioritizes work.
• Ensures integration of system configuration and deliverables quality.
• Develops weekly status reports for the Project Director.
• Applies Epic experience to team tasks.
