Job summary

Phoenix Children's Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Cycle Tech to support the Revenue Cycle Department with clerical tasks in billing, collections and related services. The position is based in Phoenix with a standard Mon-Fri 8am-5pm schedule and full-time employment.

You will handle mail, chart uploads, document processing and coordination with billing teams to ensure accurate records. Ideal candidates will have at least a high school diploma and up to six months of office or healthcare

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six (6) months filing and/or office experience is required.
• Six (6) months experience in a healthcare office environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Picks up and sorts daily paper mail and distributes documents to the correct recipient.
• Retrieves and sorts daily lockbox electronic correspondence and assigns documents to the appropriate team.
• Provides in-office support for billing and collection teams; prints and mails documents as needed.
• Processes virtual credit card payments from patients and insurers.
• Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.
