Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma; revenue cycle experience preferred.
• CPT and ICD-10 coding knowledge required.
• Coding certification preferred.
• Proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Works as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide answers to inquiries and questions.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide information; resolve billing issues.
• Handle inquiries telephonically and in person with professional customer service.
• Provides claim submission for services and follow-up on non-processing or denials.
• Coordinates with third party payers and clinical teams for accurate reimbursement.
• Post payments and review accounts to ensure accurate financial records.
