Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Houston, TX seeks a Project Coordinator to ensure client needs are met under the Master Services Agreement and to support internal project goals. The role requires maintaining composure in high-stress situations and may involve supervising Liaisons.

Responsibilities include preparing month-end reports, overseeing monthly invoicing, maintaining service logs, identifying trends, and coordinating weekly workgroup meetings with internal staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in the hospital revenue cycle industry.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred is noted as a preference.
• CRCS/CRCE/CRCP certifications are preferred upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Communicate client-related concerns to the Account Executive to prevent crises.
• Assist in Monthly Month-End Executive Overview Reports for clients.
• Oversee monthly invoice processes with approval by the Account Executive.
• Maintain and report issues on the Customer Service Log and share trends internally.
• Coordinate and facilitate monthly/bi-weekly workgroup meetings with internal staff.
• Support Onsite Supervisors with motivation, timekeeping, and evaluations.
• Coordinate with IS Department to resolve reconciliation issues and monitor AR aging.
