  • Maintain and report issues on the Customer Service Log and share trends internally.
  • Coordinate and facilitate monthly/bi-weekly workgroup meetings with internal staff.
  • Support Onsite Supervisors with motivation, timekeeping, and evaluations.
  • Coordinate with IS Department to resolve reconciliation issues and monitor AR aging.

# Project CoordinatorHouston - Houston, TX 77092## OverviewPosition TypeFull Time## DescriptionJOB SUMMARY Under the supervision of an Account Executive (AE), the Project Coordinator (PC) is responsible for ensuring that a client’s needs are met as required in the Master Services Agreement with the client and that the internal project goals are achieved. The PC must be able to maintain composure, remain calm, and manage adverse and/or high-stress situations. The PC may assist in the supervision of Liaisons. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1. Communicating to the Account Executive any client-related concern or potential threat before it reaches crisis mode. 2. Assist in preparing Month-End Executive Overview Report for clients. Month-End Reports are due to the client by the 5th working day or 2 days after internal distribution. 3. Observe and assist as directed with monthly invoice process. Edits can only be made by an Associate Account Executive or Account Executive, and approval needs to come from the Account Executive. Invoices must be approved for delivery on the 1st day of the month OR the date designated by the Executive Team. 4. Maintain and communicate issues and successes on the Customer Service Log. 5. Proactively identify and communicate trends internally to the Associate Account Executive and Account Executive. 6. Facilitate monthly/bi-weekly Workgroup meetings with internal staff. 7. Supervisor Onsite Support Reps, providing support when needed, motivation, timekeeping, and annual evaluations. 8. Work with the IS Department to resolve recon issues. 9. Monitor Support accounts to make sure they’re being worked timely and to identify support that may be hung up and impacting AR aging. 10. Draft agendas for monthly/bi-weekly Operational Meetings with clients and facilitate meetings when Account Executive isn’t available. 11. Handle escalated and complex customer service inquires via phone, email and/or written correspondence. 12. Communicate client specific information to the Account Executive. 13. With oversight, coordinate daily work efforts of the team. 14. Develop and document policies and procedures for all SOP’s. 15. Meeting monthly collections goals as determined by the Executive Team 5. Meeting status code aging standards EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 1. At least four years in the hospital revenue cycle industry 2. Stable job history Preferences 1. At least two years of management experience 2. Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred 3. CRCE, CRCP, or CRCS strongly preferred (CRCS must be acquired upon hire)
