Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks an accomplished executive to lead large healthcare partnerships and drive revenue cycle strategy and transformation. You will partner with CFOs and health-system leaders to optimize performance, patient financial experience, and operational outcomes.

Expect significant travel to client sites while operating in a remote role, with a focus on delivering measurable improvements, multi-site oversight, and strong executive leadership across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of executive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale transformations and multi-site partnerships.
• Experience collaborating with CFOs and senior health-system leaders to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive leader for large, complex healthcare partnerships.
• Advise CFOs and health-system leaders on strategic and operational decisions.
• Drive initiatives to improve revenue cycle performance and patient financial experience.
• Lead executive reviews, planning efforts, and transformational programs across revenue cycle.
• Develop high-performing leadership teams and foster accountability and excellence.
• Influence enterprise-wide decisions using data, analytics, and executive relationships.
