Job summary

Ardent Health Services is seeking a Manager, Revenue Cycle Systems in Brentwood, TN to lead the application team responsible for Resolute Hospital Billing and Hospital Billing Claims IT. You will guide implementation, optimization, and support while mentoring analysts and coordinating priorities with stakeholders.

The role requires Epic certification and extensive experience in healthcare IT applications, with travel up to 25% and on-call rotation participation.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Epic certification: Resolute Hospital Billing Administration or Resolute Hospital Billing Claims Administration.
• Minimum 7 years' IT applications support experience in Resolute Hospital Billing or Hospital Billing Claims.
• Minimum 5 years in IT implementing and supporting applications.
• Ability to translate business issues into application solutions.
• Experience with large-scale projects with teams of 5+ members.
• PM skills: WBS, resources/critical path, scope, issues, change control, stakeholder communications.
• Willing to participate in on-call rotation; travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with DDTI leadership to analyze artifacts and translate problems into initiatives.
• Mentor team and manage workload across one or more team(s).
• Provide technical guidance to identify deficiencies and craft solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to introduce innovative solutions.
• Lead team and client meetings as needed.
• Build working relationships across application teams.
• Assist with departmental budget planning and resourcing.
