Experian is seeking a Client Success Manager on the West Coast with deep healthcare IT and revenue cycle experience. You will partner with the Client Executive and Relationship Manager to expand product adoption and ensure optimal client experience across Claimsource, Denial Manager, Enhanced Claim Status and ERA products.

Travel 20–25% to client sites. You’ll work with Support, Product, and Development teams, build consultative guidance, and develop metrics-driven strategies to improve

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare IT and healthcare revenue cycle
• 3+ years Healthcare Revenue Cycle Account Management
• 2+ years experience with Claimsource, Denial Manager, Enhanced Claim Status and ERA
• 2+ years Salesforce or similar CRM experience
• 2+ years hands-on Epic expertise (beneficial)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsabilités

• Acclimate and understand client implementation for updates and fixes
• Collaborate with Support, Optimization, Product, and Development to navigate tickets
• Evaluate client use of Claimsource, Denial Manager, Enhanced Claim Status and ERA to improve experience
• Develop expertise in relevant product suites
• Partner on Quarterly Business Reviews to show ROI and successes
• Develop strategies to improve client retention, engagement, and expansion
