Job summary

Experian is seeking a Revenue Cycle Solutions Consultant to guide client implementations of Experian Health Solutions from kickoff through handoff, based in or near Franklin, TN. You will collaborate with clients to map current revenue cycle workflows and drive adoption through change management and training.

Travel up to 25% is required as you partner with healthcare providers across the US. Experience in healthcare revenue cycle, project management, and experience delivering end-user training

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on healthcare front-end revenue cycle experience.
• 2+ years project management experience.
• Knowledge of PM processes and documentation.
• Experience delivering end-user training or client education sessions.
• Knowledge of Experian Health products and healthcare regulations.
• Willingness to travel 25% for client engagements.
• HFMA Certification within one year of employment.
• Reside in or near the Franklin, TN collaboration hub.

Responsibilities

• Manage client implementations from kickoff through handoff.
• Develop understanding of Experian Health's product suite and apply best-practice workflows.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, workflow mapping, configuration reviews, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide guidance on change management and process optimization to maximize adoption.
• Collect and analyze revenue cycle metrics to demonstrate value and performance.
• Analyze client front-end revenue cycle processes and recommend workflow improvements.
• Map existing processes and design optimized future-state workflows.
