Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with medical claim business system software.
• Minimum 3 years Health insurer industry experience.
• Experience with CPT-4, ICD-9-CM, ICD-10 knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and data query logic.
• Experience with EDI transactions for healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Interpret basic revenue cycle and financial data; maintain databases and templates.
• Collect and analyze qualitative/quantitative data from various systems.
• Prepare reports to monitor performance and trends; identify root causes.
• Develop financial and statistical reporting for tracking revenue cycle activities.
• Collaborate with management to support revenue cycle objectives.
