RadNet, Inc. in Owings Mills, MD is seeking a Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst to interpret basic revenue cycle and financial data, maintain databases, and develop financial and statistical reporting to forecast and track revenue cycle activities.

You will collaborate with remote and on-site teams, prepare value-added analyses for executive leadership, and support accounts receivable reporting while ensuring data integrity and timely decision support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Revenue Cycle Operations with healthcare analytics exposure.
• Excellent Excel skills for financial modeling and forecasting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for all management levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret basic revenue cycle and financial data; maintain databases and templates; run routine reports.
• Develop financial and statistical reporting for forecasting and tracking revenue cycle activities.
• Provide value-added reports and analyses to support business decisions and executive leadership.
• Be responsible for reporting and analysis of Accounts Receivable in support of assigned areas.
• Collaborate with geographically separated revenue cycle teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.
• Communicate findings of analyses and audits to support operational and financial decisions.
