Job summary

Kindthread is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Scrubs & Beyond in Frisco, TX. You will support the Store Manager in driving store performance and guest experience, managing scheduling, service, merchandising, inventory, budgets, and safety.

You will lead, mentor, and motivate staff while expanding market share to group accounts and retail customers. Essential qualifications include solid retail expertise, 2+ years in leadership, and a track record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• In-depth retail knowledge and leadership experience.
• At least 2 years in a retail or sales leadership role or similar.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed store sales targets.
• Ability to interpret budgets, sales forecasts, and retail strategies.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving overall store performance.
• Oversee store operations including scheduling, customer service, merchandising, inventory management, and safety protocols.
• Mentor and motivate store employees; coach and train team members as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers and group accounts.
• Lead visual merchandising and ensure adherence to company standards.
