Job summary

Kindthread, owner of Scrubs & Beyond, is expanding its Warren, MI presence and seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving store performance.

You will oversee scheduling, customer service, merchandising, inventory management, and safety protocols; mentor staff; manage budgets and outreach to local healthcare providers to grow sales.

Qualifications

• Possess in-depth retail expertise.
• Have at least 2 years of retail or sales leadership experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding store sales targets.
• Able to understand budgets, forecasts, and retail strategy.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by analyzing trends, maximizing daily sales, and developing team members.
• Manage budgets, payroll, and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Establish relationships with local healthcare providers and outreach expectations.
• Create exceptional customer experiences with strong sales-floor presence.
• Provide regular feedback and lead performance management efforts.
• Lead in absence of the Store Manager, coaching and training staff.
