Job summary

Kindthread, the parent of Scrubs & Beyond, seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving store performance and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will oversee scheduling, customer service, merchandising, inventory, and safety, while mentoring staff and developing strategies to grow sales in a competitive market. You will also cultivate relationships with local healthcare providers and retail customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail leadership or similar
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in driving store performance and guest experience
• Manage scheduling, customer service, merchandising, and inventory
• Assist in marketing, financial reporting, and safety protocols
• Lead, mentor, and motivate store employees
• Develop strategies to boost sales in a competitive market
• Build relationships with local healthcare providers and customers
• Coach and train team members and lead in manager's absence
