Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance and guest experience under Store Manager.
• Manage scheduling, customer service, merchandising, inventory, budgets, safety protocols.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate team; coach and train staff; foster a high-performance culture.
• Build long-term relationships with local healthcare providers and accounts.
• Maintain strong visual merchandising and ensure adherence to procedures.
